Reversec is now entering a new phase with a clear direction: to grow internationally and strengthen its position as the partner of choice to address the most demanding challenges in cybersecurity. Åse's long experience of leading global teams and scaling up cybersecurity consulting services supports this goal.
Åse comes to Reversec from the role of Managing Director at Accenture, following the acquisition of Sentor Managed Security Services where she was CEO.
On the occasion of the appointment, Ase says: "It is an honour to join Reversec at such an important time. My focus is to increase our commercial capabilities while strengthening our local presence with consistent global delivery. Reversec has deep technical expertise and a strong history. We will translate this into scalable growth, stronger market presence and a culture that values both performance and collaboration."
To support the next phase, Reversec is also strengthening its ability to work in different markets. The company's new operating model aims to ensure that customers receive the same high quality regardless of where they operate. Customers gain direct access to local specialists who understand their regulatory, cultural, and business contexts, backed by resources from a global cyber security firm. This leads to faster implementation, more relevant solutions and a partner with global strength and local precision."
Tobias Edvardsson, Chairman of the Board, adds, "Åse is the right leader to scale up a consulting firm built on technical depth expertise to a global partner for organisations that cannot afford security flaws. She has an unusual combination of international leadership, commercial discipline and operational execution. Under Åse's leadership, we will deliver more uniformly in all markets and help our customers translate real-life tests into measurable risk reduction."
