The transaction, in which Andorra Telecom and other minority investors also participated, strengthens the company's shareholding structure, in which Juan Roig was already present through his company Angels Capital, with a view to contributing to the company's growth in the technology sector in the coming years.
Internxt is fast consolidating its leadership as an ethical and secure European alternative to the big tech companies. The company, which has been growing profitably since the end of 2024, expects to double its net revenue every year until 2027.
Prosegur Tech Ventures' participation is not only based on the contribution of capital, but also involves providing key strategic vision for the consolidation and scalability of Internxt, reaffirming its commitment to technological innovation based on privacy and digital security.
Prosegur, a pioneer in the private security sector with its corporate venture capital fund
Prosegur is the only private security company with a corporate venture capital (CVC) fund, called PTV. With a budget of €30 million, this initiative promotes the development of new trends and disruptive technologies in the private security sector by financing external initiatives with high potential for impact in the field of innovation. During the first half of 2025, Prosegur Tech Ventures analysed more than 150 startups aligned with the business areas related to its field of activity.
