Mikael Nylander joins from Assa Abloy Opening Solutions to Copiax, where he has been a valued leader for over 28 years and has held a wide range of senior leadership roles in sales, operations, logistics, quality, research and development, among others. Most recently, he has been Operations and Site Manager in Eskilstuna, where he successfully led large teams through complex change processes, strengthened operational performance and built a strong, trust-based culture.

In the role as CEO of Copiax, Mikael will lead the company's continued development with a clear focus on customer value, operational optimization, employee development and profitable growth. His broad holistic perspective on the business, combined with experience in change management and building high-performing organisations, provides a solid foundation for Copiax's next phase.

Under Ulf Dahlgren's leadership, Copiax has undergone extensive development. In 2025, Copiax will have automated the warehouse and the entire business has moved to new premises in Sätra outside Stockholm. Significant projects that further strengthen Copiax's long-term capacity, efficiency and delivery capacity.
