The Corporate Affairs Director will support and act as key strategic advisor to Milestone’s CEO and the Executive Leadership Team (ELT) on all matters relating to corporate and public affairs.

Marlene joined Milestone Systems in 2020 as regional communications manager responsible for media strategy and execution in EMEA. Before joining Milestone, she was a lead specialist working with sustainability strategy and communication in an international engineering company. Prior to that she has held roles as advisor at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Denmark, political reporter at the Danish Parliament, and as a foreign correspondent in Tehran, Iran.

As the Director for Corporate Affairs, Marlene will set the direction for Milestone’s responsibility agenda and lead a team to deliver across public affairs, government relations, and strategic partnerships. The work will be done in close collaboration with Technology Group, Legal, Marketing, Communications, and other relevant departments at Milestone Systems. Marlene will report directly to CEO Thomas Jensen.
