Interface Systems has been Certified by Great Place to Work, a prestigious award based entirely on what current employees say about their experience at their workplace.

According to the company, based on the research, 76% of Interface's workforce affirmed that it is a great place to work, surpassing the average U.S. company's satisfaction rate of 57%.

Great Place To Work is known as a global authority on workplace culture, employee experience, and leadership behaviours proven to deliver market-leading revenue, employee retention, and increased innovation.

“Great Place To Work Certification is a highly coveted achievement that requires consistent and intentional dedication to the overall employee experience," says Sarah Lewis-Kulin, the Vice President of Global Recognition at Great Place To Work.
