Addsecure's Smart Mobility business unit has entered into a strategic agreement with Spotmaster, a Dutch fleet management and track-and-trace technology company.

Under the agreement, which was signed on 28th May 2026, Addsecure will take over all of Spotmaster’s Track & Trace Fleet Management connections, including associated hardware and service activities.

The deal supports Addsecure’s continued expansion in Track & Trace Fleet Management and strengthens its position as a specialised provider of connected mobility solutions across Europe through its Traxgo brand.

Spotmaster, which has supported companies in managing vehicles and operational processes for more than two decades, will now fully focus on its software and data‑driven services.

Addsecure’s Smart Mobility business unit will gradually integrate the acquired connections to its Traxgo Fleet Management platform, ensuring a seamless transition for customers while providing access to enhanced functionality and scalable services.

“This agreement strengthens our position within fleet management and expands our footprint in Track & Trace services. By integrating these connections into our Traxgo platform, we can deliver even greater value and innovation to customers,” said Stefan Albertsson, CEO of Addsecure.

“By partnering with Addsecure, we are ensuring that our Track & Trace services are managed by a specialised provider, while we sharpen our focus on software and data. This marks an important next step for Spotmaster and enables us to support our customers even better in their digital transformation,” said Peter van der Leeuw, CEO of Spotmaster.
