In his new role, Nelson will lead Acre’s global engineering organisation with a focus on operational excellence, product lifecycle integration, and platform consolidation. He will focus on modernising engineering execution across the company’s diverse product lines and aligning product development with business growth and customer success.

Before joining Acre, Jon led the Managed Services division of Rockwell Automation’s Digital business, supporting hundreds of enterprise clients across lifecycle management, supply chain, and predictive analytics. He also spent time as a Partner at Kalypso, where he championed a multi-year transformation program in the medical sector – achieving a 75% reduction in product change cycle times while standardising product data and development processes across hardware, software, and firmware.
