The ESM server software monitors the health and status of Exacqvision servers and cameras on the network. Users can monitor their Exacqvision systems via the intuitive ESM dashboard interface through most web browsers running on a computer or mobile device. With the ESM application, Exacqvision users instantly receive an email notification in the event of system errors or warnings, resulting in maximum uptime of servers and reduced software maintenance time. ESM features more than 25 user-defined warnings that can be selected including recorder offline, storage warnings, drive failures, temperature alerts and camera disconnected.

In addition, the new ESM software enables end users to schedule software updates for hundreds or thousands of recorders during non-peak hours. This significantly minimizes business interruptions and reduces software maintenance time.

ESM is supported on Exacqvision systems with an Exacqvision Enterprise VMS license. This includes an IP camera utilising the Exacqvision Edge software, which allows it to operate as both an IP camera and an Exacqvision server.
