Reporting to Pivot3's chief marketing officer Lee Caswell and the company's CEO Bob Fernander, Kolenbrander brings a wealth of industry knowledge and expertise: prior this latest move, he spent six years at IP video solutions provider IQinVision, ultimately as director of business development, and before that he founded one of the first IP video security vendors in Europe and co-developed one of the first IP video management systems in the industry. Kolenbrander's understanding of the technology and the market dynamics also resulted in impressive achievements such as growing the IQinVision European turnover from scratch to over ten million Euros and the Middle Eastern one from nil to over five million Euros in just 24 months. In addition, in 2000 he developed and installed the first 100 percent IP-based video control rooms in Europe, and the first true megapixel city surveillance installation in the continent.
