HID credentials in focus today in Stockholm

HID Global will be presenting its latest identity access credentials at the NFC Symposium 2014, starting today, in Stockholm.
The company will focus on its innovations identity access credentials including how personal Near Field Communications (NFC) enabled smartphones and tablets can be leveraged for secure access and authentication purposes within corporate and retail environments. HID Global will also demonstrate the potential for these devices to play a central role in becoming a trusted mobile identity credential that can be easily used to secure access to cloud applications, corporate data and the door.

The company will showcase how these keys can be used to create, use and manage secure identity solutions via its Iclass Seos credentials that can be embedded in NFC enabled smartphones, and its Iclass SE readers. This mobile access solution can also be used for applications such as wireless hotel keys, time and attendance, secure print authentication and biometric template storage. HID Global will also highlight the latest Iclass SE Decor reader and Multiclass SE readers that enable customers to use multiple applications and technologies on smart cards and smartphones.

HID Global will be speaking during the NFC Symposium today, when Paul Anderson, End User Business Manager and Ian Lowe, Senior Manager Product Marketing (Solutions) will present ‘From Card to Mobile - The Evolution of an Identity Credential,’ from 12:20pm to 12:50pm.

The NFC symposium is a leading event in Sweden, focusing on Near field Communications best practice case studies.
