Vista's new advance replacement strategy

Vista has confirmed the introduction of a new three year advance replacement on products purchased from 4th January 2016.

According to Vista advance replacement has a number of advantages over a simple warranty and full details are presented on the company's web site.  In terms of end user peace of mind the advantages include, never being without a working product on site, reduced site visits required by the installer, no time consuming or complicated returns procedures and no waiting for products to be repaired.

The qualification process for advance replacement has been designed to be simple. Just qualify the fault with the Vista Technical Support Team. Once the fault is confirmed, Norbain Customer Services will arrange for an advance replacement to be dispatched. The faulty unit can then be returned to Norbain.

Gary Rowden, Divisional Director of Product Management at Vista, explains why they decided to offer customers the three year advance replacement: “We want customers to understand that, by working with Vista, they’re getting a partner who will support them every step of the way. The guarantee of an immediate advance replacement goes a long way to reassuring customers that, if the worst should happen and a fault occurs, Vista will minimise any disruption and ensure that the system is back up and running again in the shortest amount of time.
