Dave will have responsibility for the operational efficiency of Unipart Security’s NSI Gold Category II accredited alarm and remote video Monitoring & Response Centre in Oxford. In addition to managing customer care and customer intimacy programmes, Dave will also maintain close working relationships with technology partners and will provide input on a monitoring strategy which, in addition to alarm, fire and CCTV monitoring, also includes asset and vehicle tracking, lone worker protection, portfolio management and a 24 hour support desk.

Dave has worked within the electronic security industry for over 33 years, Prior to joining Unipart Security he was Commercial Manager for a regional security provider, having previously worked for 17 years for Chubb Fire & Security.
