Explosive Detection

The TR Detector 7 DETEX is a carry-on luggage X-ray security system. This system features Automatic Explosive Detection, high configurability and network connectivity. The software DETEX, developed in Italy, provides the operator with an automatic explosive detection function, essential to face today's terrorism threats. The system is the world's first hand-baggage machine to conform to European E.D.S. (Explosive Detection System) requirements and provides the operator with a real-time detection of different explosives through coloured outlines.

Flammable Liquids Detection

The hand-held TR VETOCH can distinguish between flammable and non-flammable liquids and can be used at the point of entry into airports, buildings and transport. The construction, using Quasistatic Tomography, can distinguish water and water solutions from organic liquids through glass and other materials up the thickness of 9mm without breaking the seal of the container.
