Participants of the course will be given a copy of 'A Handbook for Security Trainers in Hong Kong' which was developed by Penny Fung as a reference guide on how to develop and manage security training programmes in Hong Kong.
The purpose of the course is to train the participants to become effective security trainers and by the end of the course the participants should be able to identify training needs, plan and design training programmes, deliver training through different methods and evaluate training.
The course's five class-room days are spread out on June 2, 3, 9, 10 & 16, 2007 and consists of 40 hours of class-room activities. An additional 30 hours is needed for self-study and project work.

- Planning and Designing a Training Programme
- Principles and Techniques of Training
