A team of 24 staff will work on the prestigious contract patrolling the malls, controlling the CCTV room managing the car parks and manning the gatehouse. Working in close conjunction with the centre management OCS developed a bespoke solution to incorporate a re-branded uniform, which gives staff high public visibility across the centre.

Telford Shopping Centre, which sees around 13 million visitors a year, has major plans for future development. The redevelopment proposals for the 52 acre site include provision for improved retail, new leisure activities and dining opportunities across the site and the introduction of other community uses. The introduction of mixed uses and an evening economy are two particularly important areas of development.
