Norbain announces new Vivotek bullet camera

Reading, Berkshire

Designed for outdoor surveillance applications, the Vivotek IP7361 high-end bullet camera is now available through Norbain.
Boasting 2-megapixel (1600 x 1200) high-resolution, the IP7361 network camera is capable of delivering extremely detailed images and scene coverage 6 times larger than a VGA camera. With a combination of outdoor-specific features, such as concealed wiring to prevent tampering, the network camera employs several innovative technologies for optimised bandwidth efficiency.

The camera's ePTZ function enables users to quickly move to a target area for close-up shots, without moving the camera physically. Users can also choose to receive only the elements of an image they are interested in, via a cropping function.
With auto-iris capability to protect its sensor from damage due to direct sunlight, the camera adapts to light changes throughout the day. In addition, furnished with a removable IR-cut filter and IR illuminators, the IP7361 provides superior imaging around the clock, and is ideal for external applications such as petrol stations, parking lots and coverage of building entrances/exits.
