Indigovision ensures safety in Brazil

Edinburgh, UK

Another World Cup is well under way, and it is an event that Indigovision has a special connection with. Every tournament since Germany in 2006 has deployed Indigovision’s solution to protect spectators and ensure public safety.

Other recent Indigovision Brazilian projects include the Brazilian Ministry of Work, Sao Paulo International Airport and Randon, one of Brazil’s largest transport manufacturers.

The Brazilian Ministry of Work deployed Indigovision’s Enhanced HD fixed dome cameras to increase security and safety at their storage sites. There is no activity at the sites for prolonged periods of time, yet constant HD recording is necessary to reduce the threat of theft. Indigovision’s Activity Controlled Frame rate (ACF), offered a perfect solution to this problem, as it allows the cameras to record in HD, while minimising the amount of storage used, giving a more cost-efficient security solution. The user-friendly design of IndigoVision’s Control Center software also allowed new members of staff to be trained quickly and easily.

With recent products such as the Ultra 5K fixed cameras and Large Enterprise NVR-AS 4000, the company believes that the Indigovision solution is now even better suited to providing video surveillance for major stadia.
