Independent assessment recommends Vista

Vista, a UK premier brand of CCTV equipment, has had their ProtosIV VPC030/CM categorised as, recommended, in a recent assessment by Benchmark magazine.

The rating is based on "real-world" tests that are carried out in the field, not in laboratories, so they give a good indication of what results are likely to be achieved on-site.
"We're very pleased that the capabilities and reliability of the Protos IV have been recognised and rewarded with this rating," says Andrew Pigram, Vista brand director. "We have the very highest standards for all our products, backed up by an extensive research and development programme."
The VPC030/CM has been designed and built with the installer in mind and offers the benefit of a "high/low switching mode" that allows the camera to switch from colour to monochrome mode automatically, dictated by the light level the the installation professional pre-selects. It uses a 1/3 inch Sony Super HAD CCD and delivers a resolution of 330 TVL with a sensitivity of 0.6 lux at F1.2.
Other features include backlight compenstion, electronic shutter control and automatic gain control. For added versatility, it is available in low and mains power versions.
