Hybrid recorder receives certification for railway applications
Eindhoven, The Netherlands
Thanks to the Divar XF's heavy-duty mechanical design it was able to pass the stringent immunity and emission tests as required by the EN 50121-4. Integrated within this design is a special cooling tunnel setup which contributes significantly towards extending the lifetime of the internal hard disks. In addition, the hard disk bays that are mounted on the front of the Divar XF give easy access to the hard disks for onsite servicing or storage expansion.
The Divar XF H.264 Hybrid Recorder is Bosch's latest addition to the company's CCTV recorder range. The new recorder supports real-time high-quality video in H.264 compression on a total of 24 channels, with up to eight H.264 IP cameras and RAID-4 storage to prevent loss of video when a single hard disk fails.
Besides the new EN 50121-4:2006 certification, the Divar XF has already received the following certifications and approvals for Electro Magnetic Compatibility: USA FCC Part 15, Class B; EU EMC directive 2004/108/EC; Immunity EN50130-4; Emission EN55022 Class B; mains harmonics EN61000-3-2 and voltage fluctuations EN61000-3-3. It has also received the following certifications for safety: USA UL60950-1, EU EN60950-1 and Can CSA C22.2 No. 60950-1.
