Genie satisfied with IFSEC results

Birmingham, UK

Genie CCTV says this year's IFSEC event has really paid dividends for the company, providing increased visitor numbers, many end user enquiries and quality new business leads.

"Great interest was shown in our growing range of own brand products as well as those from our international partners LG Electronics and DynaPel" according to Simon Green, Genie CCTV sales director "The 'DynaPel CloseView' system was especially popular. This watches wide angled video from a reference camera just like an electronic security guard. When it detects motion in the selected field of view, it automatically directs a PTZ camera to zoom in and track the activity, identifying multiple targets and sequentially tracking them as required"

"The launch of our ruggedised fully functional RoboDome anti-vandal PTZ camera was also well received and we're already receiving orders for the new design as a result of attending the show" Simon continues.

"In our opinion, IFSEC 2007 has been better than all previous years. We had a bigger stand and a better location and this provided a great opportunity to develop relationships with both new and existing customers, and spread awareness of the wide range of Genie CCTV products" Simon summarizes.
