Certificated distributor service scheme

Panasonic has launched the Panasonic Systems Distributor Scheme to provide installers with a form of certification that any distributors awarded PSD licentiateship have adhered to a number of tight specifications and will provide an unprecedented high level of service to all of their customers in turn.

The PSD accreditation is designed to provide peace of mind that a Panasonic Systems Distributor is fully trained and committed to providing full support to the customer. It provides the installers with an improved corporate image, as well as a number of additional benefits designed specifically to enhance each PSD's business operation.
In order to become a Panasonic Systems Distributor, distributors must supply full Panasonic systems believing that Panasonic are the most innovative security manufacturer of quality, cost effective security solutions. PSD status is provided to those distributors who supply full Panasonic systems utilising all components manufactured by Panasonic with the core of these systems being Dome, Matrix, Digital Recording and IP products.
By attending a required number of training courses the PSD will demonstrate the ability to design, support and sell integrated and networked security surveillance systems to the installers.
PSD's are required to continuously replenish stock and attend a specified number of training courses to keep them at the forefront of technology developments and ultimately provide a higher level of service to its customers.
The launch of the PSD scheme will provide installers with peace of mind that the quality of Panasonic products and support is being provided by an accredited distributor.
