Traditional Home IoT used to focus mainly on functions such as “alarm warning”. With the launch of the Z-wave Plus Smart Life IoT smart 2.0, Airlive makes it easy for the user to set up his own Automated Home/Office. The user needs only to download the “Airlive Smart life IoT APP” to a smart phone in order to be able to manage, set up, and/or change 'event' conditions anytime and anywhere to create home or office security and automation functions.

The Airlive Smart Kits offer a Gateway to control the Z-Wave devices and the built-in Wifi acts as an access point to extend the user's Wifi coverage. There is a PIR motion sensor with a magnetic adjustable mounting option attached in a box to provide a wide motion detection range. The Kit is also offered with a 3-in-1 sensor which works as a door/window contact, light sensor and temperature sensor. As an option, Airlive offers the kits with a Smart Plug to turn on and off the power via any device with the Airlive Smart life IoT APP. An additional benefit of the Smart Plug allows a system to measure the power consumption by the device. Moreover, the Z-wave Gateway MESH technology and Smart-plug repeater function support wide coverage or long distance.

The Airlive Smart Cube, SC-300W, is an IP camera which belongs to the Smart-Life family of products together with the Airlive Smart Life IoT kits.  Using these devices it is possible to build a secure and automated home. The rich features of the Smart Cube SC-300W include 3MP lens, Wifi, temperature/humidity sensor, 2-way audio, PIR sensor and IR LEDs for night vision.
