Paxton opens Dubai offices

Brighton, UK and Dubai, U.A.E

Paxton, the global brand of electronic access control and door entry systems, has opened its new Middle East office in Dubai. The new premises, located in the Dubai Silicon Oasis, will serve as the company’s first dedicated base in the area.

The Dubai Silicon Oasis is a 100% government-owned free zone promoting modern technology based industries. Located here, Paxton joins other international brands including Fujitsu and Western Digital.

Launching into the region in 2014, this continued expansion highlights the company’s commitment to the Middle Eastern market and its ongoing international growth within the global security industry. This growth has recently been evidenced with Paxton being named as one of Europe’s fastest growing companies, as part of a ranking published by the Financial Times in May 2017. The list compiled companies with the highest percentage growth in revenues between 2012 and 2015.

Visitors to the new office will be able to view full demonstrations of Paxton’s flagship networked access control product, Net2, as part of an ‘experience centre’ allowing them to see for themselves how easy the company’s products are to install and use. Net2 training sessions will also be run from the new base, making it even more convenient for local system integrators and security companies to learn how to install Paxton products with confidence.

To coincide with the launch of the new office, Paxton has also updated its Middle East specific website, which now provides a wealth of information about the company and its product range.  David Sodergren, Paxton’s Regional Sales Manager for the Middle East, said: “We are very excited about the new office in the Dubai Silicon Oasis. With this free zone in line to be the first ‘Smart City’ in Dubai, it gives us the opportunity to come into the area and grow with the city.

Having the ability to showcase our products in one place, will allow our customers to familiarise themselves with Paxton’s innovative product range. Following a successful Intersec earlier in the year, we have had some quality enquiries which has led to an increase in the number of training sessions we’re running. With our new office here, we will be able to meet this demand and provide additional training and development for system integrators and continue to provide the high level of customer support that everyone in the region has come to expect from Paxton.”
