Clients in Central & Eastern Europe and the Nordic regions will see that the Dahua Poland Academy is the first of a number of international academies Dahua is creating overseas for both internal and external training. This academy aims to provide comprehensive and systematic training to Dahua local employees and customers, allowing them to acquire a deep understanding of Dahua products & solutions in detail, with local storage & logistics capability, as well as access to technical support services in local markets.

The Academy session in Poland covers all the training programmes regarding company information, sales & marketing strategy, channel policy, products & solutions and so on for the indicated European markets. So far, it has successfully held two sessions of external training, attended by customers from countries such as the Czech Republic, Hungary, Croatia, Romania, Norway and Sweden. A training session to a group of 16 people from Finland highlighted the initial stage of this academy. These training sessions enabled the attendees to get in-depth understanding of Dahua Poland’s storage and logistics capabilities to cover the whole of Central & Eastern Europe and the Nordic regions. In the meantime, the customers’ knowledge of Dahua products and solutions, such as CCTV, smart buildings, safe cities, transmission & display & control, was also consolidated.

Dahua International Academy is not only a way of showcasing Dahua leadership in the global security surveillance industry, it serves the purposes of enhancing customer relations and further promote the localisation progress. Dahua Poland Academy is scheduled to hold one training session every month. Customers and employees from Central & Eastern Europe and the Nordic regions are welcome to register for attendance. Dahua will constantly adjust the courses to better deliver the targeted information to the attendees, which mostly are Dahua customers.
