Dahua HQ receives Consulate General Delegation

The delegation consisted of around 40 people representing 17 countries.

As a part of the “Hangzhou International Day” activities, the distinguished delegation of 11 Consulate Generals in Shanghai visited Dahua Technology Headquarters in the afternoon of 6th Sept. 2017; Mr. Michael Chen, Vice President and General Manager of Overseas Business was there to welcome them on behalf of the company.

The annual Hangzhou International Day, organised by the city hall, has become a window for international friends to gain in depth understanding of Hangzhou and experience the culture exchange and integration. Consulate Generals’ taking part in the Hangzhou International Day has been a tradition for years.

This year, as a prominent company in Hangzhou and a leading solution provider in the global video surveillance industry, Dahua was given the honour of being one of the four representative companies for the distinguished group of people to visit. The delegation consisted of around 40 people, representing 17 countries, including Argentina, Austria, Bulgaria, Cambodia, Kazakhstan, New Zealand, Pakistan, Poland, Turkey, The United Arab Emirates, Ukraine, Brazil, Chile, Hungary, South Korea, Laos and the Philippines.

Mr. Michael Chen warmly welcomed the Consulate General Delegation, and briefly presented Dahua’s core competency in video. Later the delegation was taken to for a thorough visit to Dahua's showroom. The ambassadors were interested to learn that Dahua has already been strategically cooperating with companies in most of the countries that they represented. They were also intrigued by numerous Dahua solutions and advanced video analytic technologies, especially the Dahua Smart City Solution, AI-Deep Learning, IoT and Cloud technology.
