The new H4 PTZ combines high performance with self-learning video analytics providing users both the versatility, functionality, and intelligence to proactively respond to events as they occur.

The new H4 PTZ camera line is available in 1 and 2 megapixel (MP) camera resolutions both featuring continuous 360o rotation, allowing operators to track activity in any direction and collect detailed video evidence.

“With self-learning video analytics, Avigilon’s H4 PTZ camera has the intelligence to notify operators when important events occur,” said Dr. Mahesh Saptharishi, Avigilon’s Chief Technology Officer. “It also delivers a new level of performance and image quality when further evidence is needed.”

The H4 PTZ camera line is available to order and features self-learning video analytics, built in tamper detection, 360° continuous rotation, and with up to 45x optical zoom, and up to 60 frames per second.  The series also includes Lightcatcher technology, smart H.264 compressive (idle scene mode), high definition stream management (HDSM) technology and has a weather and dust ingress rating of IP67.
