The figures demonstrate strong growth during the first half of 2026, with revenue increasing by 14% to EUR 65.0 million (EUR 57.0 million in H1 2025). Adjusted EBITDA increased by 7% to EUR 9.9 million, reflecting continued demand for Iloq's battery-free smart-access solutions across residential, commercial and critical infrastructure markets.
The second quarter was particularly strong, with revenue increasing by 17% to EUR 39.0 million, supported by growing adoption of Iloq's solutions in critical infrastructure applications and continued investment in innovation, sales expansion and partner development.
"During the first half of 2026, Iloq continued to grow in all geographic regions and gain market share in the digital access-management market. We have strengthened our position through new customer agreements, investments in innovation and expansion of our platform capabilities, creating a strong foundation for future growth," states Heikki Hiltunen, President and CEO of Iloq.
Bringing the Iloq platform to new security ecosystems
One example of new use cases for Iloq's solutions was the selection of Iloq as a preferred partner for Amazon's Ring Mobile Security Tower.
The partnership integrates the Iloq 5 Series+ access-management platform with the Ring Mobile Security Tower, giving customers immediate access to Iloq's access-management capabilities without requiring separate applications or additional administration tools. The collaboration represents an important step in extending smart-access management into broader connected-security ecosystems.
Strengthening position in Europe
Demand for Iloq's critical infrastructure solutions remained strong throughout the second quarter, with deliveries to several major customers, including one of Germany's and Europe's largest integrated energy companies. The growing adoption of Iloq's battery-free smart-access solutions demonstrates the increasing importance of secure, scalable and low-maintenance access management in energy, telecommunications and other critical infrastructure environments.
The company also secured new business in European energy, EV charging and fiber-network markets, further strengthening its position within strategically important infrastructure segments.
Major telecommunications opportunity
Subsequent to the reporting period, Iloq also signed a letter of intent for a major European telecommunications infrastructure access-management project.
The planned deployment is expected to cover approximately 17,000 sites during 2026 and represents a significant opportunity for the company in the critical infrastructure segment. The project creates a strong basis for final contract negotiations and future recurring revenues while reinforcing Iloq's position as a trusted provider of access-management solutions for telecommunications operators.
Sustainability progress
In addition, Iloq continued to advance its sustainability agenda during the first half of the year. The company published its 2025 Sustainability Report and successfully maintained its Ecovadis Silver Medal rating while significantly improving its assessment performance. Iloq's overall Ecovadis score increased from 70 to 76 points, and its global ranking improved from the 86th percentile to the 89th percentile, meaning it now outperforms 89% of companies assessed worldwide.
