Developed by Forbes and market research firm Statista, the list draws on feedback from more than 146,000 women employed by organisations with at least 1,000 employees nationwide. Participants evaluated employers across a range of workplace experiences, including career growth, compensation, parental leave, work-life balance and support programmes for caregivers.

Researchers also considered the representation of women in leadership and governance roles when determining the final list.

The annual list highlights organisations that receive positive feedback from women employees and invest in workplace practices that support long-term success and advancement.
