Risco group appoints new CEO

Hemy Fintsy marks the start of 2022 by taking up his new role as CEO at the Risco Group.

Risco Group has appointed Hemy Fintsy as its new CEO with effect from 1 January 2022. Moshe Alkelai remains Chairman of Risco Group.

Moshe Alkelai, founder of Risco, has held both positions of Chairman and CEO for more than 40 years and will continue as chairman, allowing for dedicated focus on business and product development and entering new market segments.

After successfully performing several key senior positions at Risco, Fintsy brings deep insight and experience within the security sector and his appointment will reinforce the long-term development, customer focus initiatives and view to the expansion of Risco in both existing and emerging markets.

The appointment of a new CEO to the company was made out of a long-term vision to establish growth trajectory of the Risco organisation. The company is agile and is taking a leadership role in respect of the changes taking place within both the security sector and the wider technology arena. Splitting the roles of CEO and Chairman has a real purpose at Risco to deliver even more cutting-edge and robust solutions built around the requirements and the needs of our customers.

The appointment of Hemy as new CEO will allow for renewed focus in achieving the company’s core mission – to deliver the most effective security solutions for installers, integrators, distributors, and end-users around the world. By appointing from within, it envisages a smooth and seamless transition through to the next chapter in the Risco story.
