"A gratifying message to the market," says Ulf Dahlgren, CEO of Copiax. "We have a given and constant demand from our customers and the opportunity to gather all their purchases through a distributor with a high level of service is of course desirable for many," he says.
Iloq has a channel strategy where only licensed customers can trade their products. This will not change. Copiax is thus an expanded channel for existing customers.
"We want each party to add value for the customers and the collaboration with Copiax is based on the fact that they have a demonstrably high level of service. Availability and fast distribution are increasing needs, not least in the aftermarket, which is growing the more Iloq products we see operating out there," says Thomas Ekfeldt, Country Manager, Iloq.
Companies see that there are different needs in the contracting and service business that can be covered in different ways.
"Copiax's experience with Iloq's products means that we have a large knowledge bank in terms of support and advice. It makes the start quick and efficient," says Ulf Dahlgren
The collaboration is set to take effect in October.
