Framelogic rebrands as Addsecure

Stockholm, Sweden and Wroclaw, Poland

Market leading transport management company Framelogic, originating in Poland, have rebranded as Addsecure. Bringing Framelogic’s company name and brand into alignment with Addsecure will bring cohesiveness to their shared company goals.

According to the company, this is a logical step following Addsecure's acquisition of Framelogic in September 2019. The rebrand will strengthen the group’s position as a leading provider of fleet and transport Management Systems in Europe, providing clarity to customers in the transport sector.

The acquisition by Addsecure, a leading European provider of premium solutions for secure critical communications and data, took place due to the complimentary expertise and smart solutions within Framelogic’s business. Also, it provided both companies an opportunity to grow into new markets.

“While our company name and appearance has changed, our dedication to supporting our customers elevate their safety and efficiency remains consistent. Furthermore, we can now benefit and thrive within an expansive company, benefitting from additional resources and expertise within IoT solutions, critical communications and data”, commented Michał Szprynger, Managing Director, Member of the Board at Framelogic.

Scope, clarity and cohesion

Rebranding Framelogic to Addsecure will provide a greater scope of solutions and industry know-how to their customers. Furthermore, presenting these solutions from one brand will ensure the overall company mission remains clear to customers and the transport industry. That being to enable data-driven improvements in profitability and enabling the full control of transportation and logistics operations.

Customers may particularly benefit from Addsecure and FrameLogic’s complementary solutions and experience with Fleet and Transport Management Systems. These synergies made the initial acquisition a such great opportunity for both companies and moving forward will be of benefit to their shared customer bases across Europe.

“Moving forward our combined efforts will ensure our preservation and future growth. Working together under one company name and brand strengthens our position within the market, and our ability to serve our customers with cohesion. The increasing need for data-driven, critical communications within transportation makes our mutual goal of delivering secure, innovative IoT solutions even clearer”, said Johan Frilund, President Smart Transport, Addsecure.
