As a software company with eleven years of experience in the security industry, Cruatech provides individual integration solutions in physical security to customers in all business sectors, e.g. Governmental, Finance and Data Centers. In addition to its own products, the company also offers integration services for leading manufacturers from all over the world. With over 250 integration modules already developed, Cruatech has extensive development experience.

Cruatech will remain as an independent company and will further expand its development department in the future. As a consequence of this Cruatech could support Advancis as a “Development Partner” within the Advancis Ecosystem and develop specific interface modules for Winguard projects in the future.

With this acquisition, Advancis strengthens its position as one of the international market leaders in the field of vendor-neutral PSIM.

In addition to an in-house PSIM solution, Cruatech’s existing product portfolio includes in particular a software solution for consolidating access control systems from different manufacturers. The logical and physical access rights associated with an employee’s role are always synchronised, e.g. only one access card is needed to log in to different subsystems. Such functionality is also often desired by PSIM customers so that Advancis can offer its customers added value here while maintaining vendor-neutrality.

Detailed terms of the transaction were not disclosed. The transaction was completed on 18 August 2021 retroactive to the beginning of the year 2021.
