A dedicated member and volunteer leader, Howard joined ASIS in 2011 and the CSO Roundtable in 2012. Previously, he served on the ASIS Advisory Council on Public Policy (2013) and as vice president/president-elect of the CSO Roundtable Advisory Board (2014). In tandem with his one-year presidency in 2015, Howard will also serve on the ASIS Strategic Planning Committee.
Prior to joining Microsoft, Howard held several positions over the course of his 22-year tenure with the Central Intelligence Agency, finishing as Chief of Station, the agency’s highest field position. A frequent speaker at conferences and education events on security and leadership, Howard has been featured in various security industry publications. He holds a BS in criminal justice from San Jose State University.
In 2015, Michael Maloof, CPP (Oracle), will serve as vice president of the CSO Roundtable Advisory Board.
