Bosch goes to IFSEC

Birmingham, UK

On their IFSEC-stand Bosch Security Systems will be demonstrating its total security solutions capability with its complete range of proven, reliable CCTV, intruder and communications technologies.

Bosch will be showcasing the new DIVAR XF high-performance digital versatile recorder, which uses advanced compression technology to maximise storage capability and reduce costs.

Also featuring on the stand will be new upgrades to Bosch' Dinion day/night camera range, taking Dinion camera performance to the next level. They will be exhibited alongside its IP Surveillance technology and Bosch will also be promoting its continuing investment in the area of Intelligent Video Analysis (IVA).

Bosch will continue to push its campaign for independent testing to EN Standards for intruder detection devices by showing the Data Sensor Fusion technology in the Professional Series range of detectors.

Paul Wong, managing director of Bosch, said: "Along with the products on the stand, IFSEC will also be providing the perfect opportunity for us to demonstrate our commitment to the security industry, which is evidenced by our continuous integration of technology from the Extreme CCTV acquisition into Bosch products, and systems."

He went on to add "This year we are using IFSEC as a forum to meet people and we are inviting people onto our stand to talk to us rather than see endless product demonstrations. The Bosch stand will be an oasis of calm, if you like, in an otherwise hectic exhibition."

Bosch will be holding on-stand seminars throughout IFSEC and topics will include:

· Intelligent Video Analysis (including Forensic Search): What's new in IVA 4.0?
· Video Management software: H.264 - Will it be the industry standard in years to come?
· Update on the Extreme acquisition
· Intruder Detector Technology: the need for independent testing.
