Bosch adds compact cameras to Advantage line

Grasbrunn, Germany

Three compact analogue surveillance cameras for indoor use are the latest additions from Bosch to enhance the company's Advantage line.
First introduced in mid-2011, it was specifically designed for small to mid-sized applications. In line with the company’s commitment to continuously update its range, Bosch Security Systems now adds three new members to this series.

The VDC-275-10 and VDN-276-10 are stylish indoor dome cameras offering ultra-high resolution even in demanding lighting conditions. They are both equipped with a 960H 1/3” CCD and feature a digital extended dynamic range plus digital noise reduction. The cameras are available in colour (VDC) and day/night (VDN) versions; the latter ensures the best possible image quality at any time. Depending on the available light, the camera automatically switches from colour to monochrome. The dome is easy to install and can be adjusted around three axes, while a total of four privacy zones and motion detection functions can be programmed via the simple menu system.

In addition to all the above features, the new VDN-295-10 indoor dome camera offers true wide dynamic range (WDR), enhanced digital noise reduction (3DNR) and no fewer than 15 programmable privacy zones.

“By developing high-quality products at an affordable price, we are making it easier for smaller applications to benefit from our proven technology,” explained Ruud Michiels, Business Development Channels EMEA at Bosch Security Systems. “Our Advantage line products are available from distributors in all our major markets, so they are even convenient to purchase.”
