Morse Watchmans focuses on asset management at G2E

Las Vegas, Nv

Keywatcher Touch was demonstrated this week at the Global Gaming Expo in Las Vegas.

Earlier this week, Morse Watchmans, an industry leader in key control and asset management systems, was showcasing several of its latest key control and asset management solutions at the 2023 Global Gaming Expo, also known as G2E at the Venetian Expo in Las Vegas.

"As the gaming industry continues to evolve, Morse Watchmans remains committed to providing cutting-edge solutions that enhance security, compliance, and accountability,” said Tim Purpura, VP of Global Sales and Marketing, Morse Watchmans. “Our Keywatcher Touch system, along with our suite of products, not only meet the unique needs of this dynamic industry but also pave the way for a safer and more efficient gaming environment."

The Keywatcher Touch electronic key cabinet is a scalable key control solution for organisations looking to secure, manage, and track keys and other assets. With a 7” touchscreen and patented Smartkey system with Keyanywhere technology, it is easy to withdraw and return a key securely to any key cabinet located within an enterprise. Keywatcher Touch also integrates with many brands of access control systems for a layered security approach.

Gaming regulations

The Keywatcher Touch allows for the automation of many common procedures required under gaming regulations, such as access drop boxes outside of scheduled hours, the number of signatures necessary for accessing keys, and access audits. To meet gaming regulations that require the three-man rule to access sensitive or restricted key sets, the Keywatcher Touch system is programmable to recognise these keys or key sets and open the cabinet door and release them only once the three required logins are complete and the credentials verified. Usage reports required by various governing agencies can also be generated as needed or per schedule.
